Enter and experience deep restoration where mediumship and plant medicine converge to offer you intuitive clarity, ancestral connection, and the supportive power of ritual herbal offerings to illuminate your path towards growth and healing.
I believe that ritual is the heartbeat of growth. A lifetime of navigating spirit communication—from childhood hauntings to finding sanctuary in the presence of the spirits of the northern woods—Through years of training with other skilled mediums, deep study and learning through my own unique experiences, I have developed a practice rooted in protection, ritual, and relationship.
My development circles are more than just classes; they are sacred spaces where students learn to recognize and trust their senses while listening for the whispers of the unseen. Whether you are seeking spiritual herbal guidance, an intuitive tarot reading or a seat in our circle, I bring a unique, open-minded perspective that honors the spirits of the land as much as the spirits of our ancestors.
With an understanding in Herbal Energetics and a deep background in Kabbalistic meditation, the ways and wonders of the Tarot and the healing energy of Reiki, I work closely with plants in partnership to "open the way" for clear, symbolic communication. My mediumship circles are designed to be inclusive, high-trust environments where you as a student don’t just "talk to the dead," but build the confidence and ritual consistency needed to sustain your own unique gifts.

Herbal Mediumship Offerings
~Herbal Mediumship Allies~
Yew grew by the threshold of my childhood home and next to my hiding tree as a child. Spent many moments connecting with spirits of place and ancestors in the softness of yew. I believe Yew attracted a lot of activity to that house which I happened to be very open and receptive of and was often unpleasant. A few years back Hecate was aligning with my energy within my plant work and mediumship practice which brought Yew back into my awareness. Known to hold boundaries at the threshold between realms, Yew feels like a gatekeeper who grants me permission to enter, safe passage and also gives me some street cred in the underworld. I set a shared altar to Hecate and Yew together. They both hold strong duel energies of Poison and Purpose. Now I carry a small vile of Yew from that same childhood home where my mother still lives, when I visit graveyards and return it to altar during mediumship meditation.

TAXUS BACCATA
Mugwort~
ARTEMISIA VULGARIS
Mugwort follows me around and I see them everywhere. They create space and organize communication between ecosystems and realms. They are tough but feminine and so wise. They know what needs to go and how to gently but with power, stir the pot to release and strain what is stuck to the bottom. I’ve looked to them for discernment when connecting with land and place spirits. They soften the vision, and ready the body by creating a solidness of form and a slight separation of spirit to enter the other realms. Now I wear a glass locket with Mugwort that grew themselves in the front of my house. Silver side up when in trance and silver side down when moving into spaces. Ellen Of The Ways made herself known to me in recent years surrounding my relationship with Mugwort. I keep a shared altar to them both.
Angelica~
ANGELICA ATROPURPUREA
Angelica- tall and gorgeously purple stemmed sweet smelling marshy goddess of song and power. She has made herself known throughout my life in woods wanders connecting to spirit of land and place when I was in need of a lifting of spirit. So protective in her heightened vibrance warding off all low vibe creatures and mischievous spirits. Now I carry an anointing oil that I rub on my third eye throat and feet while opening mediumship circles and entering into ancestral spaces to raise my vibration and set an intention of goodness.
Rosemary~
SALVIA ROSMARINUS
Leaning into Rosemary to awaken my memory of ancestral past, Curiously Odin started showing up together with Rosemary as well. More to come about Rosemary as I journey with them…
