PHASE ONE~ We Meet To Dig Deep. This is when you’ll tell me all about yourself; your experiences, struggles, concerns, thoughts and feelings, in recent times. I will ask questions to get to know you and better understand where you are at. Ill be creating notes while we chat and will also need your birth place, exact time and date to determine your astrological energetic constitution. We will conclude with a 15min energy alignment session. This is when you will sit comfortably with eyes closed as I channel healing and love through you to align your energy centers. Sound frequencies will be played to help you more easily drop into a state of deep relaxation. You will be asked to journal through to Phase Two in observation and openness.
PHASE TWO~ Gentle Guides. This is when we will check in with your journaling, and focus our energy on the insight of the cards to gain added clarity. Again we will conclude with a 15min energy alignment session. This is when you will sit comfortably with eyes closed as I channel healing and love through you to align your energy centers. Sound frequencies will be played to help you more easily drop into a state of deep relaxation. You will be asked to journal through to Phase Three in observation and openness. *This phase is unlocked after you have completed Phase One.
PHASE THREE~ Pathway Forward. This is when we will meet to discuss and begin my offering to you of Ritual, Herbal, and Implementation; after I’ve reviewed, meditated, researched and created a unique, harmonizing path to nurture you as you journey into a new practice of self care and evolution. Again we will conclude with a 15min energy alignment session. This is when you will sit comfortably with eyes closed as I channel healing and love through you to align your energy centers. Sound frequencies will be played to help you more easily drop into a state of deep relaxation. You will be asked to journal through to Phase Four in observation and openness as you begin to engage with your metamorphosis! *This phase is unlocked after you have completed Phases One and Two.
PHASE FOUR~ Momentum. This is when we will check in with your journaling and journey to make sure you are moving with grace and ease. Again we will conclude with a 15min energy alignment session. This is when you will sit comfortably with eyes closed as I channel healing and love through you to align your energy centers. You will be asked to continue to journal in observation and openness as you rise into your metamorphosis! *This phase is unlocked after you have completed Phases One, Two and Three.
FUTURE PHASE~ Circle Back. This is when you have the continued option to reconnect with me. You will be invitved to share and celebrate any challenges, breakthroughs, joys and curiosities you have experienced over the last four phases. You will also have the option to add a focused card reading to support this part of your process. Again we will conclude with a 15min energy alignment session. This is when you will sit comfortably with eyes closed as I channel healing and love through you to align your energy centers. Sound frequencies will be played to help you more easily drop into a state of deep relaxation.
