Beginning with a grounding and connecting meditation to enter into the energy of the green world, we will head into the woods for our morning walk with tea. Bring a personal thermos of hot water and a Traveling Teahouse Apothecary signature tea bag will be provided for you to enjoy. We will sit in observation for a period of time and then chat about signatures, signs, virtues and share our experience. Each plant walk will focus on one locally growing plant to deepen our understanding and relationship.

Our meeting locations will always be in an accessible local park in or near the Ann Arbor/Detroit area (within about 45min) I will let you know as soon as the plants tell us! ((at least 1 week before our walk))
